Eco-Therapy

Ecotherapy, also known as nature therapy, utilizes the healing power of nature. It is a holistic approach to therapy and involves spending time outdoors engaging with nature. If you choose, my ecotherapy sessions can include walking on trails at local open spaces such as Weetamoo Woods, Simmons Pond, Dundry Brook Trail, or Wilbur Woods. Walking during sessions can deepen the therapist-client relationship, promote mindfulness, help process and move emotions and thoughts enhancing an overall sense of self.
